Tonight we signed up the newest g7 members Captain_Kaboom and Solitary. Because we have added so many players recently, I am going to stop recruiting in order to give us all a chance to adjust and absorb.
Since a lot of the strategy involves running with partners/groups, I want everyone to show up for matches, practices, & scrims so that we can starting solidifying our teamwork. even with a longer roster, WE STILL NEED YOU.
For those of you I hardly ever talk to or play with, please give me an update on how things are going... for anyone who isn't a fan of irc, please feel free to email me or even "shoutout" on the website. if you are having schedule conflicts and can't show up for practices or matches, i'd like to know before i start considering you an inactive member of the clan.

Everyone make sure to thank dre^ for providing us with a server for so long. Sadly, dre^ has given up his colo'd box in favor of managed hosting, so we are without a server. Dragnfly has been doing some research, and found a good provider of a server which is quite excellent...I was able to download a 25MB test file @ an average of 970kB/s with a traceroute of 9 hops with an average 17ms ping.
So this is a very fast server! Of course, it is not free. We can prepay to get the best price, which would give us a 16 player public server for 6 months at $162 ($27/month, savings of $3/month or $18) which is definitely the best price I have seen. The question is, with only 11 active players, is everyone willing to pay $15 to have the server (if 11 people contributed that would be the cost...more if less did)? That would be $30/year for everyone...(or $2.50/month or 8c/day!)...check the Poll and Forum Thread and gibb0rs teh feedback!
