For anyone coming to our site for the first time, feel free to register and use the public forums to get in touch with us. Quicker (tho not guaranteed a reply) is to come to our IRC chanel, #g7 on irc.enterthegame.com. Talk to either gren, dray or dragnfly about joining, and feel free to talk to any g7 member to find out more about us in general, or to play some Urban Terror with them. g7 is currently playing in the Team Warfare and STA leagues as a CTF clan.
Most of the website is only available to g7 members...we have a host of tools designed to make your gaming and clan experience better. All of our matches are listed ahead of time on a calendar, with players setting their availability for future matches (and statistics kept of everyones past history). Our forums cover everything from tweaking your system to get the most FPS or a better ping to random off-topic fun things. We offer free @g7clan.org email (POP/IMAP/WEB) to all our members, and use a mailing list to get out the important announcements.

Having failed us, the Ventrilo server is no more. A 3rd party has created an OS X client for Teamspeak 2 called Teamspeex allowing OS X and windows to *finally* be able to communicate. We are now running a TS2 server at grend.ath.cx for g7 and the public. Tonight (Friday) will be a test session, trying to get as many people connected at once so I can do bandwidth comparisons, for now the Speex 25.9 Kbit codec is what we will use. All g7 members should register a username/passwd once connected to the server (in the TS2 client goto Self > Register with Server) so I can give you the proper status (Admin, Operator, Voice etc).
Let me clarify something about the 2v2 TS ladder. This is on a 1st come, 1st serve basis!!! If you want to play in a match, you must: 1. reply to my emails, 2. set your availability on the website. In the event that too many people show up for a 2v2 game, preference will be given to whoever did one of those 2 things above.
(I did not realize so many of you were interested in 2v2 TS because only 3 people responded to the thread in the forums! This is very frustrating, so communicate with me people!)

Everyone on the clan needs to be on the email list...this is not an option. It is our fastest and most direct method of communication, and many of you are missing out. /msg me (gren) or dragnfly for the link to sign up....read how it works and learn how to use it.
If you dont have an email address you check often, get one. I can provide gmail or g7clan.org web/pop/imap/ssl as needed. This is not a test. Whole bunches of you still need to set your Position Overview settings from the Team > Roster menu.
